Painting of an old mill in the fall, likely somewhere in North Carolina

This is a painting that hung in my grandparents house for many years and was hung in my parents house. My grandmother, Mary Vogt DuVal painted it. It seems likely it was an oil painting, since that was generally her choice of medium. You can see the beautiful reflection of the mill on the water and the changing color of the leaves. There are also some evergreens in the background as well as a partly cloudy blue sky. It was signed as being completed in 1977.
